With 10+ years in managing positions I am a comfortable and confident leader. I believe in servant leadership and managing the people in an organisation to create the most value out of passion, motivation and a constant unison drive for QA on all fronts. The SCRUM pillar of inspecting and adapting is something I hold close to my heart as well as autonomy. The later has kept me invested and interested in blockchain since 2013 when I first started mining Bitcoin.

My journey has taken me to participate in DAOs on multiple blockchains as well as experimental DeFi, GameFi, running a validator, creating NFT projects and building a project of my own with a token on the XRPL. I am always happy to share my expertise with projects wanting to build on the blockchain and have been lucky enough to be called upon for this very task several times.

I have been an active participant of several projects on the Ethereum blockchain and have launched my own NFT collection. I first got involved in DAOs and governance several years ago. Some of the highlights of my Ethereum journey is the launch of the VitaDAO which really expanded my views on what blockchain can do for research foundations. As well as following the innovations and experimental DeFi of Blockzero Labs, being a World of Women warrior and following Chromaways journey into gaming and governance. 

I have been a delegator on Avalanche for almost 3 years. With its NFT space booming I have released three NFT collections of my own one being a generative featured on the launchpad of the onavax project. I have taken part in and seen the growth of serveral projects such as JOEs experimental DeFi, Red light Node district with its interesting tokenomics and migration, Colony with its accelerator and the launchpad of Avalaunch.

Vechain got me really interested in utility tokens. I worked as a development manager at a logistics company and I came across an article about How Amazon was conducting a POC with their RFID tracking. Since then I have been involved in the Vechain ecosystem and most specifically as a node holder for the Safe Haven project. Their product development combining blockchain tech with patents and unique cross-chain solutions. The gamification and innovation of the NFT marketplace World of V is also something I have been following closely. 

I created a token on the XRPL in october 2021. A community of 2000-6000 that has grown into an art collective featuring 38 artists, 45000 pre-minted NFTs of community-mined art and three PFP collections. In addition collaborations with countless projects, partnering with most marketplaces and getting integrated in games and lore of other projects. With involvement in too many projects to list, one that really stuck out was Zerpcraft which was a minecraft server modified for NFT ownership of each individual block. Another is the Editions project bringing global publishing to the blockchain through NFTs.
